Ludlum Measurements, Inc. has authorized MJW Technical Services, Inc.(www.mjwts.com) to be its Eastern US Service Center. Their facility offer a full service “State of the Art ” calibration shop.

MJW's mission is to provide high quality and timely calibrations for all types of radiation equipment. Their professionals and staff have a combined 50 years of calibration experience and with their state of the art calibration facility strategically located in the northeastern U.S. in Olean, NY; they can quickly and efficiently service customers from coast to coast.

MJWTS along with MJW Corp. support these additional services in-house or at customer's site:

• Leak tesing for Sealed Sources
• Instrument Maintenance Programs
• Preventative Maintenance
• OSHA and Safety Training

• Radiological Engineering and Technical Services
• Source Disposal
• Health Physics Surveys
• Emergency Planning and
• Response

Repair estimates are offered at no cost and repair and modification charges are based on material plus labor costs (electronic repairs will be performed at Ludlum).

When an instrument needs repair it is first examined thoroughly and then, once the problem has been determined, MJW will call with an estimated cost of repair before it is completed. If an instrument is sent for recalibration and a problem arises that requires repair MJW will call for authorization before any repair is completed.

Beginning January 1, 2006, MJW Technical Services will offer radioactive source leak testing services. Leak test kits will be available for purchase. The price will include all analytical services and reports. MJWTS will also offer leak testing services at the customer's site.

MJWTS is licensed by the New York State Department of Labor to provide source leak testing services that cover all aspects of the medical, commercial, industrial, and private sectors. Leak test services offered will meet all regulatory requirements and any special requirements requested by the customer.
