Our facility also offers a full service repair and calibration department. We not only repair and calibrate our own instruments but most other manufacturers instruments as well. Repair estimates are offered at no cost and repair and modification charges are based on material cost plus labor. Labor rates are as follows and are billed on actual time:

Please fill out the Return Goods Form,(Note this is a pdf form and required Adobe Acrobat Reader), or include the following information on your company letterhead with all instruments:

  • Company Name and Address (Shipping and Billing)
  • Contact Person and Phone Number
  • A brief description of the problem or service required
  • Purchase Order Number (If required)

When an instrument needs repair, once we have determined the problem we will call with an estimated cost of repair before it is completed. If an instrument is sent for recalibration and a problem arises that requires repair we will call before any repair is completed.

  • Exposure rate calibrations are performed using a Cs-137 source.
  • Typical turnaround times are 3-5 working days for calibration and 7-10 working days for repairs
