Calibration & Repair TX Division
Our facility offers a full service repair and calibration department. We not only repair and calibrate our own instruments but most other manufacturers instruments as well. Repair estimates are offered at no cost and repair and modification charges are based on material cost plus labor. Labor rates are billed for actual time at the rates shown below.
Return Goods Form
As too many items are being sent us without any documentation, we now ask you email or fax us the appropriate Return Goods Form (see below) ahead of the shipment and also send a copy along with the instrument(s).If equipment comes in without the appropriate documentation, it may sit on the shelf until proper paperwork is received.
Anytime an instrument needs repair, we will determine the problem and contact you with an estimated cost before beginning any work. If an instrument is sent for recalibration and a problem arises that requires repair we will advise you before any repair work is performed.

- Exposure rate calibrations are performed using a Cs-137 source.
- Typical turnaround times are 3-5 working days for calibration and 7-10 working days for repairs
- Return Material Authorizations's (RMA's) are not required
